I qualified as a dentist after 5 years of training in 2008. Qualifying as a dentist involves in depth study of head and neck anatomy. I found this part of my training fascinating and I have loved building on this knowledge as I moved into the field of facial aesthetic.

My facial aesthetics journey started by enrolling with Ulster university and completing a post graduate diploma (achieved distinction) in facial aesthetics as part of a programme led by the Consultant aesthetic plastic surgeon and Professor of aesthetic medicine, Professor Ali Ghanem. The course advanced my knowledge in the field of non-surgical facial aesthetics and allowed me to study alongside other medical professionals, covering basic through to advanced treatments.

I continued my education with Harley Academy and completed a Level 7 diploma in injectables. The course focusses on Botox and Dermal filler treatment with much of my time spent treating patients with 1-to-1 tuition.

In addition, and to compliment the Level 7 diploma in injectables I also completed a Cosmetic Dermatology course at Harley Academy to gain in depth knowledge of cosmetic skin treatments such as micro needling, chemical peels and mesotherapy.
